• Your name, phone number, email address and job address or postcode.
• Details about the work you want done — service type, approximate size, budget range, preferred start date and any notes or photos you choose to send.
• Basic technical information your browser sends when you load a page, such as IP address and device type, used only to keep the site working and secure.

We use your details to respond to your enquiry, arrange a site visit, prepare and send a written quote, carry out any work you instruct, and honour our workmanship guarantee. Our lawful basis is normally the steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract, or the performance of that contract. Where we contact you about a quote you did not complete, we rely on our legitimate interest in following up a direct enquiry — you can ask us to stop at any time.

We do not sell your data. We share it only where necessary: with our own installation team, with suppliers where a material order must be delivered to your address, and with our accountants and insurers where a job or claim requires it. Our website hosting and email providers process data on our behalf under contract.

Enquiries that do not become jobs are deleted within 24 months. Records relating to completed work are kept for the length of the 10-year workmanship guarantee, and financial records are kept for six years as required by HMRC.

You have the right to ask for a copy of your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to data portability.
